In particular the Committee recognized as those that do not contradict with the EU Law the Bill on Amendments to certain Law regarding the Operational Permits (Reg.№3227). The Bill envisages the amendments to the Laws: "On Fish, Other Water Living Beings and Food Items made of It", "On Milk and Milk Items", "On Safety and Quality of food Items".
The next Bill to scrutinize was the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On value-Added Tax" re the special regime of activity on supplement of housing and public utility services taxation, (Reg.№3544). As a result of the discussion, the members of the Committee recognized the Bill as such that does not contradict with the EU Law.
Moreover the Committee has scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Publishing" (Reg.№3443). The members of the Committee stressed that the Bill does not contradict with the legislative acts of European Union.
